B & E Precision Aircraft Components can work with your company to concurrently engineer parts from solid or wireframe models for rapid prototyping of complex machined parts. Our new state-of-the-art engineering and programming facility incorporates ISO 9001:2000 techniques with M.R.P. to cater to all of our customers' needs.

3, 4 or 5 axis high speed machining from customer, or B & E designed CAD models can be accomplished through STEP, IGES DXF or PARASOLID translators for our Unigraphics, Keycreator, SmartCAMcnc, Autocad and Pro E CAD/CAM programming systems. Programs can be verified by VERICUT computer simulation before the program hits the floor, greatly reducing operation "prove out" time.

B & E can design and build fixtures and tooling or use existing customer supplied fixtures, tooling or tombstones.

Setup times are reduced for just-in-time machining of small lots or large production runs. Tools are preset offline and offsets and CNC part programs are downloaded or uploaded directly to each machine via our Cimnet DNC machine interface. This system utilizes the latest technology that allows programs and offsets to be called up directly from the machine, eliminating all extra footsteps. Permanent setups allow for reduced lead time, as customers parts are always setup and ready to run.

"Lights Out" unmanned machining is accomplished daily with our new 32 pallet, 5 axis YASADA H30i horizontal machining center. Features such as part probing, high pressure through the spindle coolant, tool life management with adaptive control for constant tool pressure monitoring allows us to manufacture difficult to machine materials more efficiently.

Our continuous improvement program for setup reduction, Kaizen techniques and 6 Sigma engineered processes enable us to competitively manufacture parts that other companies would not even quote. This method of manufacturing also allows for true one piece flow, resulting in improved turn times.
